Another Christmas card I made

This card is using CTMH products and our new cricut cartridge Art Philosophy . Paper pack used was Believe.

Christmas cards I made

Every year I try and make cards to send out for Christmas.  I did make some using ctmh products but I had bought some new stamps from Deadbeat Designs with a Texas theme.  You know me and Texas stuff.

I used silver embossing powder on this card. I really like this one - simple and easy.
I used Ponderosa Pine ink and cardstock. I also embossed in gold embossing powder and used some gold ink.

Waiting for the Fed Ex man!!!!

It is that time of year again that I am waiting on the new Spring/Summer 2012 Close to my Heart Catalogs.  With each new catalog I get so excited. So does some of my ladies that belong to my stamp and project club. Well this year because of the weather I have yet to receive the new catalogs.  Fed Ex says tomorrow. We will see. Until then I guess I just have to look at the old catalog.

Christmas Gifts

Each year we have a Christmas party with all the girls in the club  groups I have.  We have lots of good food and a great time together. This year I went with a Texas Theme tree and the girls gave me ornaments to go on my tree. I really love all the different ornaments they gave me.

Merry Christmas

Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas.  I am going to try and post some pictures of my artwork and some workshops that I have had. Keep checking back.

Gift bag using Wonderland paper packet and Snowflakes stamp set.
Here are a few of the projects the girls made at my annual Christmas Workshop. They had 14 projects to make.

A few tags . Two of the tags were cut using the CTMH Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge.

Got this idea from a ctmh consultant.

Sonoma paper packet used. And the Christmas Love stamp set.

Believe paper packet and the snowflake cut with the Art Philosophy cartridge.

Embossed with contraband embossing powder (non CTMH)  Stamp used was the November promotion.

CKC Scrapbook Convention in San Marcos

I got to go the the scrapbook convention with a few of my friends.
Tammy, Bobbi, Robin, Cindy, Laurie and me. I love hanging out with my stamping friends.

This was Tammy and Cindy's second day at the convention. And Sandi worked the whole 2 days.

Sandi and I .

Christmas Wishes Layout

The basic layout was from a CTMH consultant Karen but my friend Cathy put her touch on it.
There are a lot of the new products from CTMH Autumn/Winter Idea Book.  Those tags are called Holiday Pockets. She also used our Dimensional Elements chipboard Flurry. One of the snowflakes she sponged ink to get the blue color. The words Christmas Wishes are the color-ready Alphabets in cork.  They are so cool. If you are interested in purchasing any of the new products either contact me or you can order from my website.

September Hostess Project Club

These are the projects we did last month in my monthly hostess project club.  I have openings if you are interested in joining us.

My husband cut these blocks out of an 8' post. We decorated with cardstock and Mischief Level 2 papers. The letter B was cut out using the Art Philophsy cricut cartridge. The pumpkins are from a discontinued stamp set from CTMH but I still love using it.

This is a candy slide card. I found the directions on Split Coast Stampers.  I used the CTMH Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge on the labels. I love that cartridge.

This is a match book style card.

Don't you just love those eyes.

Dreamin' Card Workshop

These are the cards that the girls made at a workshop I had last Saturday.  Thanks to Cindy, Tammy, Susan, Jo Anne, Bobbi, Maria, Vicki, Lisa and Terry for helping me celebrate National Card Making Day with the workshop.  I bought the template for the cards from a former CTMH consultant Nona. I love her templates. In fact I bought another one that I will be having a workshop on soon.  Check back for pictures and the date of the workshop.
I used Close To My Heart's newest Cricut cartridge Art Philosophy to cut out the shapes. This cartridge can cut out over 700 images. I am so loving this product.  If you would like more info on the cartridge contact me.
If you are interested in making these cards let me know.
