Welcome to my blog. Let me tell you a little about myself. First of all I do not consider myself a writer. So with that said if I make some grammar mistakes you can blame it on my Cajun background. (:
My first job is a teacher assistant for the past 13 years with preschool handicap children. Most days I love my job. It is not easy but very rewarding for me. My second job that I am most passionate about is an independent consultant for Close To My Heart. We sell stamping and scrapbooking supplies. I think the best in the business.
I have always love crafting. I have done sewing (made every Halloween costume for my 2 children), stain glass and cross stitch. But when a friend (Bobbi) took me to a stamping party 10 years ago, I fell in love with making my own cards and gifts using stamps. I signed up to be a consultant in Sept. 2003 and have loved every minute. I currently have 2 hostess clubs each month. And I have workshops every month or so. And I even have hosted 3 scrapbooking crops. I really do love to show/teach ladies how fun it is to create with stamps, papers and embellishments. My husband added my craft room onto our house 4 years ago. I enjoy when my friends and customers can join me for a night or day of crafting. I have lots of room for us to spread out.
I search the internet of fellow ctmh consultants to see their fabulous work. I get my inspiration from them. I am hoping I can post my artwork for you to enjoy and get ideas from.
Thanks for stopping by and check back soon.
